Newest Made

I launched my first range of fine art prints last month. I’ve started this range with five prints: Spoons, Coffee for two, Tea, Pinot Noir, Riesling, My aim was to make lively, fun prints that would add a splash of colour to a room. The prints would work particularly well in a kitchen or a dining room as they are all food related. Prints are available framed and unframed in A3 and A4 size and are available to purchase from my website. Link in the bio.
On my Desk

This plant is a permanent feature on my desk. It was given to me as a house warming gift and somehow even with my sporadic watering habits, it has managed to survive a few years. I used this plant as the basis for my Teach Nua (new house) card design.

Where possible, I use recyclable material and/or biodegradable packaging. My tea-towels are made and printed in Donegal and are printed with eco-friendly pigment inks which are kind to the skin and the environment. My cards and fine art prints are printed in Galway and are packaged in compostable PLA Clear Eco...

The main difference is that when I’m designing I take on board the client’s brief and the message they want to convey. In my illustrations, I use bright, flat colours alongside simple drawings. I love a hand-drawn natural finish. I’ll often leave my drawings unpolished in an effort to retain their hand-drawn qualities. In my graphic design, I am drawn to clean design, legibility is key in my design work. I make use of white...
Brand Introduction

I’m excited to be taking part in this year’s #MarchMeetTheMaker Challenge. The Meet the Maker Challenge is list of prompts designed by @joannehawker to help small businesses tell the story behind their brand. Throughout the month of March, I will be introducing you to my own business story. Day one is simple, say hello and introduce my brand. A little introduction for those of you who don’t know me. I’m a graphic designer based in Galway. I’ve been working as the in-house designer for #EatGalway Restaurant Group for the past 12 years. I freelance for several other companies, a lot...
